September 7, 2009 § Leave a comment

Now in it’s 7th year, the London Design Festival is in the organisers words, “an annual event established to celebrate and promote London as the creative capital of the world”.
The London Design Festival is a brand that brings together a diverse and unique group of partner organisations from across a range of sectors to stage London’s biggest annual design event. Each year exciting new projects covering every aspect of the creative industry and beyond are shown across London throughout the week.

The festival showcases the uniquely diverse nature of London’s design scene, along with a large number of international projects making it a sure fixture on the international design calendar. Its reputation is growing steadily attracting thousands of visitors from across the world. This is due to the festival’s international outlook with projects and collaborations involving London’s international creative community, and by being open to numerous initiatives from other world cities.
In past years the festival has included a diversity of world-class talent with delegations from over 30 countries. I am looking forward to scoping out this years most interesting talent!
